CONSIDER ATTENDING ALL OF THE DECISION MAKING MEETINGS
 
This is the first of four review Agency decisions on the Nelson Aggregate license application (Conservation Halton, City of Burlington , Halton Region and Niagara Escarpment Commission). Although the final decision rests with the Ontario Municipal Board and ERT Joint Board, they will seriously consider the decisions made by these agencies.  PERL will notify you as each of these meetings is scheduled.
