George Bechtel sent this to me some weeks ago.

OnGoing believes that a radical new approach is required for the future
of American transportation and personal mobility – a future that
provides American citizens and businesses a range of compellingly  
designed,
ecologically and economically sustainable transportation options
that are part of a totally integrated national system.

Our mission is twofold:

To bring a team of the best and brightest people together with the
necessary funding to develop a vision and then a blueprint for solutions
to America’s next 50 years of transportation needs

To work to assist America’s political and corporate leadership to
