[All] Canadian Government being sued for violations to Kyoto

It's been said that Alberta will soon be coming after Ontario for clean drinking water as they blatently spend their own precious water on the oil sands, which is one of the "heaviest" water using industries besides Gravel pits and the meat rendering industry. So even if we sell 'em to the US , they'll still be thirsty and come after us.   Ginny

          Canada facing legal challenge for breaking federal global warming law 

          The Government of Canada is facing a landmark legal challenge in the country’s top court for failing to take action on global warming -- specifically for refusing to respect a federal law that requires reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
